About Me
I hold a Masters degree in Law in Taxation from the University of Florida wherein I was awarded for academic excellence in the field of tax law. I am a member of the Law Society of Ontario and Florida Bar and have an excellent knowledge in fields related to tax and business planing including: US and Canadian Tax, Corporate and Commercial Law Accounting and Finance, Trust and Estate Law. I work on issues connected to tax, estate and business planning in Canada, the US and Internationally. I have strong technical skills (put the rest of your sentence in that is already there). I will creatively consider alternate structures and transactions to minimize taxes.
I am an experienced small business owner and investor familiar with the legal and financial risks associated with business ownership.
